Sub-processors

We use the third-party sub-processors below to provide the service. We require each to protect personal data to a standard consistent with this policy and our Data Processing Agreement.

Hosting & CDN. Vercel Inc. (Vercel Pro) provides application hosting and content delivery, under its Data Processing Agreement.

Database. Neon provides the production PostgreSQL database that stores buyer and agent records.

IP geolocation - ipapi.co. Approximate city/country derived from your IP address, used as part of the engagement measurement described in our Privacy Policy.

Email delivery. Resend (Resend, Inc.) sends transactional email on our behalf, such as contact form messages, support and help requests, and account related notifications. It processes the recipient email address and the content of those messages. Buyer invitation links are distributed by the agent through the agent's own systems and are not sent by us.

Payments. Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates) processes payments on our behalf. When you purchase a listing or a website plan, Stripe handles your payment and billing details. We do not store your full card number. Stripe processes this information as described in its own terms and privacy policy.

Sign in and accounts. Clerk (Clerk.dev, Inc.) runs sign in and account management for the agents who use the dashboard. It processes the email address and the sign in records of those accounts. Buyers never create an account and are not processed by Clerk.

File storage. Vercel Blob stores the files an agency sends us to build its website, such as its logo and its images. It is part of Vercel and is covered by the same Data Processing Agreement, but it is listed on its own because it stores files rather than serving the application.

Internal alerts. Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) delivers our internal operational alerts, such as a notice that a sale went through or that an email failed. Those alerts can contain the email address of the customer the alert is about. No buyer engagement data is sent this way.
